Disciples Motorcycle Ministries International started by a few people in 2010. Cooks gathered these people in his home the first time and from there it just took off. It has been some ups and downs over the years but the growth has been significant and has spread the ministrie to four continents. Cooks is the only one left of the original crew and the only one to be honored with the 15 year patch this year 2025. Next year it is 12-15 people from 3 nations that have been faithful to The Lords calling througout the years.
The HQ is based in Kristiansand where the main office is and where the support Shop is run out of.
We are set up as a mc club with the similarity as the different stages and expectations as a club but are a Motorcycle Ministry (MM), and our mission is to to serve Jesus, be light in this world, help out people in need, and have fun along the way!
Our motorcycle is our pulpit.
This is the Great Commission from the Bible – Matthew 28 verses 16-20 (KJV):
“Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.
And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
This is our calling directly from our Lord, and which we will follow!
