Our leaders are elected to every level from the local chapters in each country to the national, regional and international officers.
All chapters spread around in 10 nations are informed on international matters and disquss matters in local Annual Year Meetings (AYM) and vote on them, send the descission to the national AYM that goes through them and lift them to the international level. This is also how the officers are elected. Only full members (patch holders) have a right to vote.
